Solana Beach prices have remained consistant over the past 5 years. Comparing ‘08 to ‘09 there was a drop of only 11% in 92075. However, when looking at the sales statistics year over year you must be aware of the “neighborhood factor”. It is a fact that every zip code has several neighborhoods each with its own price and levels of desirability. For Solana Beach I counted 17 per the MLS input. If you want to live at the beach you are going to look at entirely different pricing then in “Olde Solana”, “Lomas” or San Elijo Hills. So you need to pay careful attention when you hear people talking about in San Diego County as well as the individual zip. The Cedros area even likes to call itself “Cedros Seaside”. This can’t be undersold. This area has so much to offer. The lovely shops and restaurants on Cedros, Fletcher Cove, the Coaster and our 4 properties on North Rios, “urbana in solana”. These homes, newly build in ‘09, are brilliantly designed, superbly constructed and available at the ‘06 prices. Also, Solana Beach schools are ranked in the top % amoung San Diego County Schools.

After hosting a wonderful after hours gathering at our beautiful Ocean Front home we are just coming down off the excitement of that evening. In the entire North County Oceanfront we represent some of the finest property available. Imagine sitting in your living room watching the water water waiting for the sun to set.
